To Show that there are MANY in the industry who have experienced serious, serious Trauma. It is important to know, especially for Kids who want to do this to themselves.
You have to either have a huge ego or a calling or both to want to do this to yourself. Then you wake up in a Position of power and realize how Little of those dreams (ego or not) can really come true. Not because they wouldnt be possible.. but because of all that is around you. The hate, the envy, the limited greedy thinking of executives, the constant bitching and hate, the many drugs and disorders (eating to mental to diseases brought about by other Kinds of stress), the many other victims of abuse.. your own limitations due to age or Money or time.. etc. etc. etc.
The 99 percent are the 99 percents own worst enemies. But until People do not understand this fully.. all you will get served in art- or most- will be crap. And will, in no way, mirror true human potential. Scientific discovery is also being slowed down because of internal factors.. that and Lobbying.
It will take you until you grab the full scale of the Problem.. at least in theory.
And to Change all that around.. it would take a Group of like-minded People who cannot be bribed in any Kind of way. Try to find that These days.
