I have a database, called "life for less" in which I try to collect sustainable solutions for all areas of life (ok, and websites for special presents as well- which dates back from long ago). Life for Less refers to the prices as well as the idea that a sustainable lifestyle eventually pays off in the long run.
Like this one (for all English speakers-try to use google translator), Frau Wolle, a company from lower Austria that produces yarns (silk, sheep's wool) and hand-dyes them with natural plant colours. They also do hats and cuffs (for both children and adults). Fair prices, too.
