It has been a couple of months since I have first felt connected to the absolute root of things, the source of Gaia. Breathtaking Experience. :) And I always WANTED it to come naturally. But this one is a good meditation..^^..very helpful, and protecting the Aura as well.
Highly Recommended. Practise a couple of times a day as suggested.
