Is something most are unable to feel. I just had such a shocking experience with an intern.. but, well.
Up to two years ago, I would have jumped at any opportunity to create change by someone else, and dedicated myself to it entirely.
I was nice, kind and had enormous patience for too long. Now, things are different. I do have people I see work hard, and have real values. Those will get anything I can still give.
As for those with low values and dedication, but good work, thats just going to be a superficial relationship. You get what you ask for. Those neither working well nor having values.. well.
Note the difference: when I was younger, I helped EVERYONE. Even the bad guys, to improve the climate for everyone around us. Not so much anymore.
