..yes, it is hard, being innovative..since so much has already been there..^^..I trust in the incredible depth and variety of human imagination and creativity, though. And mine..so I guess one exercise for me for the future will have to be to go even DEEPER..dig into the universal unconscious to drag out some interesting stuff. My first suit was nice. Given it was designed and made by ME..not borrowed, bought or the like.
I think that maybe my USP, apart from my image and the wholistic idea behind "V" might be the sustainability thread..I would like to be part of and heading such a band..AND inspiring/initiating inventions in the sustainability field of the arts..starting with organic stage makeup.
So I collected some ideas which are already being practised (examples):
Green Events (music festivals do not have to be a huge threat to the environment- with a bit of care..)

organic cotton stage outfits: self-made (I use them!), custom-made (at a tailor's..) or bought
