..before I forget. :)
During my days among the homeless, I got help from many sides. And I wasn't really used to having help with anything..apart from my gran, who has always supported me. Which inspired me to do a Thanklist, including some others who have helped me throughout my life. This is the first one of some more to come.
...
Ugo, a black cook from Nigeria--> Vienna, for giving me 10 Euros for food. What a reversal of roles, somehow.
the white British guy at Pfarre Donaustadt, for giving me 5 Euros for a "sandwich" (which lasted me for days..).
Ferdinand, one of the homeless (and former civil servant at the Rathaus Wien), for giving me advice on where to find free food and money for travel tickets (I never travel for free!), as well as many other bits of info that are vital to have here, still.
my uncle Friedrich in Germany, for helping me out financially, twice: once in London and once in Dortmund.
My Gran for always having supported me financially in times of trouble, as much as she could- despite my parents interventions (and those of many other family members).
Franz Glavanich at the AMS (job center) in Vienna Dresdner Strasse for being the first one of them to actually LISTEN to me.
My current AMS (job center) adviser Gerhard Zettl for being smart enough to give me TIME to recover.
Elizabeth at the Seventh Day Adventist Center in Vienna- for perceiving my inner light. :)
Ms Christine Holzer at the Volkshilfe in my borough (for clothes vouchers), as well as of course, my mentor Franz Hörmann. :)
My dead aunt Christl, who was the best human being I ever met, and into sustainability long before it became fashioneable. This life repaid her poorly for her spirit and light. I still regret not calling her after her accident, and shortly before her painful death. One of the few things I really regret in my life- looking back.
the list is longer, and will be continued some day.
