My health hasn't been good during the cure which was a surprise..until I saw the dietologist. I had hoped that the famous Bad schönau water (said to be good for stomach and reflux problems..) would be of additional help to get my throat and vocal chords back in shape..until I found out that it actually had the adverse effect.
Why? the carbon oxide irritates the stomach even more- which caused my reflux to worsen. Also, I was on a diet that allowed only coffee as interim meals..and I drank too much of it. Actually, coffee needs to go now. For good- with like one Latte a week if I'm doing well. MAYBE.
Then I thought I'd do my stomach some good by drinking LOADS of herbal tea..unfortunately I bought peppermint and rose hip. BAD idea- dead on target those were the two variants that make an already peaky stomach even worse..WELL. I'm a total idiot that way..:D..
The good news is that, ever since I have returned to my generally healthy nutrition AND leaving the above out (seriously, there is NOTHING unhealthy in my nutrition by now- and it wasn't bad before..), my voice has started to blossom. :)
I should be practising twice a day, but that is too much as yet. I will need to take additional voice lessons as well in the future- aside my vocal exercises- for which I lack the money. ://
I tried out, as sparsely as I could so not to excessively waste colour, various nail designs and airbrush makeup variants- as well as classical makeup. See pictures- I cut out a lot of stencils.. and right now I am working on a script for the video- it needs a script, unfortunately, with 12 costumes and just as many makeup-styles involved.
The TV-documentary is going to see me wear two of those costumes, my infamous amazon suit and the Joan of Arc fishscale suit, a black wig as well as a phantasy makeup in the shape of a helmet in gold and black- mostly airbrushed- much like in the drawing..but with golden pearls all over the helmet part, as well as black dots (airbrushed) in-between the golden pearls. I like things to look and feel organic..the pearls are being reused, of course. the colours are mixed conventional, mixed organic makeup.
of course this kind of facial makeup takes an hour to make, if fast and using stencils as much as you can..so for the stage (later on..) there will be more reduced costumes and makeup variants. :) Beautiful nevertheless.
